(Photo by Nujaree Raekrun)NAKHON SI THAMMARAT: A 77-year-old man was killed when his motorcycle was hit by an oncoming SUV on Highway 41 in Tham Phannara district on Sunday morning, police said. The man, Samran Khahawong, a herb planter, was killed instantly. After the accident, Mr Chaiwat, the owner of an oil palm plantation, called the police and surrendered to them on their arrival. He was temporarily released on bail to take his father to see the doctor.
